All artworks sold by Ssh… 3D Art are individually 3D printed and hand pour-painted. Each piece is custom made and one of a kind.
Natural variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.
Many of our pieces are created to order, including orders placed during TikTok LIVE events.
Orders may only be placed for confirmed catalogue items. We do not accept requests for designs unless availability has been confirmed with us prior to purchase.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
We package all items with care and dispatch orders once completed.
Once an item has been shipped, delivery is handled by a third-party carrier. Ssh… 3D Art is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the item is in transit.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our artwork, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for:
change of mind
preference
delivery delays
loss or damage occurring during shipping

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ssh… 3D Art is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Note on Licensed Designs
Some of our 3D artworks are created using licensed digital designs. Ssh… 3D Art holds the appropriate commercial licences for the use of these designs in the creation and sale of physical artwork.
The sale of a finished product does not transfer any licence, digital file, or reproduction rights to the buyer.
